Fixed-Order Robust H∞ Controller Design With Regional Pole Assignment
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this paper, the problem of designing fixed-order robustH∞ controllers is considered for linear systems affected by polytopic uncertainty. A polynomial method is employed to design a fixed-order controller that guarantees that all the closed-loop poles reside within a given region of the complex plane. In order to utilise the freedom of the controller design, an H∞ performance specification is also enforced by using the equivalence between robust stability and H∞ norm constraint. The design problem is formulated as a Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) constraint whose decision variables are controller parameters. An illustrative example demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed design methods.

In this paper, a robust autopilot is proposed using stable interpolation based on Youla parameterization. The most important condition of stable interpolation between local controllers is the preservation of stability so that each local controller can ensure stability for an open neighborhood around a nominal point. The proposed design used fixed-order robust controller with parameter-dependent...
متن کاملDesign of robust controller by neuro-fuzzy system in a prescribed region via state feedback
In this paper, first a new algorithm for pole assignment of closed-loop multi-variable controllable systems in a prescribed region of the z-plane is presented. Then, robust state feedback controllers are designed by implementing a neural fuzzy system for the placement of closed-loop poles of a controllable system in a prescribed region in the left-hand side of z-plane. A new method based on the...

An interval analysis approach for the design of robust state feedback controllers is proposed. It is shown that when regional pole placement specifications are represented as spectral sets of interval polynomials, the robust state feedback design problem can be entirely formulated and solved in the context of the concepts and methods of interval analysis. Explicit convex polyhedral representati...
